Concur on issue with buttons
I agree with a prior reviewer saying that the buttons are a nightmare, and disagree with the response from Apt2B. This is not normal wear and tear. I’ve had this sectional for no more than a few months before the first button popped out, and more have popped out since. I have had another similar tufted sectional from Interior Define in another room for many more years, and not a single button has ever popped out, despite much longer wear and tear. So, this issue seems to be a flaw inherent in the design or make of this couch. We have had to compensate and protect the couch by covering the cushions with blankets. I also have the extended warranty, but have not tried to get replacement cushions yet for certainty that there will be more buttons coming off in the near future, so I am opting to wait til the end of the warranty period.
Another issue is that it is not that deep and the back cushions are not removable like other designs, so the seat ends up being not that comfortable, unless you have leg support from an ottoman. It isn’t as easy as other deeper couches to sleep on; I’m a slender woman and I don’t feel that I have enough space for a comfortable nap.
The only thing this sofa has going for it is that it is quite stunning with beautiful curved lines and symmetry, and the only one on the market with this shape that I’m aware of.
