This chair is very comfortable, it's not a heavy piece of furniture. I wish that the chair was solid when it was made. The only thing that I didn't like was that the legs were flimsy. Overall, I like the chair, this is my first purchase with them. I wish I could have gotten the pink chair. I would order from them again.
Bought the chair in the blush pink. It was really hard to find a velvet chair that was a warm pink AND deep AND had soft cushions, but the Saxon checks all my boxes. My cat also can't scratch into it the way she did with my old chair, and stains have been very easy to clean. My one issue is the back cushion - I have to remove it to fully curl into the chair since I'm tall. But it's helpful for my shorter friends who want to sit on the chair without their legs up.

I received my Saxon chair on Tuesday and it’s a mess. There is a gouge and extreme fabric marring on the back and top of the chair, and the back cushion is so overstuffed that the chair is uncomfortable to sit on. I bought the chair to float in the room and it looks like it’s 5 years old already and ready to be replaced.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on you new order. We are terribly sorry to hear that your chair arrived with issues. As all orders are inspected prior to shipping, we believe the damages mentioned likely occurred in transit. No worries, as we are more than happy to make things right!
Regarding comfort, as your chair is made to order, the cushioning is at it's firmest when received, having never been used or sat on prior. Generally, the seat settles into a bit of a softer feel after a bit of love (use) so we do advise all customers to allow a bit of time if they prefer a softer seat.

I bought this chair to go with the Saxon sofa we already have - I love the emerald green color and the soft, luxurious fabric and lush cusions. It's not clunky, rather it's elegant and sturdy.
