All items are checked before they leave the warehouse to ensure they are in tip-top shape. Should there be any unforeseen damage, we will immediately take the next steps to resolve the issue. IMPORTANT: Any shipping damage must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery or reported to Apt2B within 24 hours of delivery.
