The Bannister sofa was delivered exactly as expected. It is beautiful and comfortable. The delivery process was very easy even though I am in an “extreme rural area”. I look forward to many years of enjoying my sofa.
So far, There is a lot I love about it! I love the fabric, the color and love that it’s nice and firm. It did come missing buttons and for the price, that shouldn’t happen. But I contacted support and I will be getting two buttons to put on. Not worth sending it back. I wish the lines in the pillow were straighter. Over all, I love it! Time will tell how it holds up. A while, I hope.

Great sofa. It did off-gas chemicals for about two weeks in my apartment. Unfortunately, there aren't any reasonably priced sofas that dont :/
