I was impressed with the customer service as I changed my fabric and leg color after placing my order and they got it right. Delivery was hassle free, just very happy. The peacock velvet is gorgeous feels soo luxe and looks amazing.? The sofa is so comfortable snd feels very sturdy and high quality.
Right amount of firmness. Firm without being cement-like. Looks great. My cousin now wants one!
We love this couch - it's so comfortable, fits perfectly in our space, and looked great when we got it... The only issue is the fabric: the fur gets interwoven with the crosshatched fabric and our cats' claws pull up the weave. We have to trim the loops they pull up and our gorgeous couch will never be the same. The description of the fabric says it's animal friendly, but I don't agree. Would totally recommend if you don't have animals/don't let them on the furniture.

While our fabrics are generally pretty pet and kid friendly, being of a high rub count and tested for durability, we do not generally receive reports of issues with hair getting caught in the weave, but will be happy to help!
