Great sofa but awful white glove delivery

The sofa itself is absolutely amazing. It’s great quality and very sturdy. The peacock velvet fabric has been awesome especially with the cats and dogs. However, the white glove delivery was not worth the extra cost or hassle. The company they hired damaged my property and then just said well you cant prove we did that. They also damaged the sofa. APT2B had amazing customer service though and was very prompt and helpful. Next time we order we will save the extra money and just do normal delivery.

Love my sofa!

I decided to upgrade my couch after working from home for 2 years. I’m so happy I found this company and this couch. I requested swatches before deciding which couch I wanted. Love my choice. White glove delivery was great.

Great couch!

I wanted a couch with wide arms for my tablet and a sturdy frame. I also wanted a cat-friendly (dog, too, but she won’t get on a couch) seat and this fits the bill. Cats shed (among other things—) but the velvety fabric is super easy to clean. I was a bit apprehensive but this couch is really holding its own against the felines.

It’s also very comfortable for the humans as well. I’ve napped on it and of course, watch tv and write while on it. Just a great team player in the living room.

Love my new couch!

I love my couch! It's comfortable and beautiful and I've already spent many an hour lounging on it since its delivery yesterday. I only give 4 stars because it arrived with what looks like an oil stain on the bottom-- it was the first thing I noticed when I opened the plastic wrap. Otherwise, very happy with my decision!

Gorgeous, Comfortable & The Perfect Size

I've been sitting on getting one of these couches since 2020, my partner got the melrose full size w/ a chase & it was so comfy. That & the color selection for velvet rules! Got this in emerald myself (pic below)
