Thank you for sharing your thoughts on you new order. We are terribly sorry to hear that your chair arrived with issues. As all orders are inspected prior to shipping, we believe the damages mentioned likely occurred in transit. No worries, as we are more than happy to make things right!
Regarding comfort, as your chair is made to order, the cushioning is at it's firmest when received, having never been used or sat on prior. Generally, the seat settles into a bit of a softer feel after a bit of love (use) so we do advise all customers to allow a bit of time if they prefer a softer seat.
