This was such a surprise I had no idea this was even coming it was a great gift but I wanted to say the quality of this furniture is so solid it's made with the greatest material and it's not one of those cheap couches either the delivery men were nice a went out of there way to deliver out couch up 2 flights of stairs and not one complaint from them. We even had to remove the doors to get the couch in the first room but the delivery guys were pleasant and professional. We are very happy with our couch that we had no idea it was even coming but I'm glad we got it and now we can enjoy are front room and start decorating it to match the couch but I overall it was a great experience.

We’ve had our sectional for a couple months now and we love it. We used the sectional builder tool to customize the sofa into an L shape with arms on both ends. It’s firm but comfortable, and the sky blue velvet fabric is both gorgeous and easy to clean. The back cushions get a little misshapen but they’re easy to re-fluff. We have spent a lot of time on the couch since we’ve had it, and it’s holding up well. We get tons of compliments and we’re very happy with our purchase.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this, and so far I feel mixed.

I had a tuxedo custom made for the dimensions of our room. The customer service team and the actual product delivery timeline and delivery was all excellent. I spoke to CS multiple times about fabric, as I was going from leather to upholstery with a dog and a child and was quite nervous. We chose the Mountain Grey woven fabric and it does not appear as dark all over the couch as it does on a small swatch. It has some pilling which is to be expected, we haven’t used a fabric shaver on it yet. Our golden retriever’s hair vacuums off easily and is difficult to see on the couch unless the sun is shining in the right way. My daughter fell asleep on the couch once and had a potty accident about a month after we received it. I was able to easily clean the cover in the washing machine. The fabric has been a good choice for our family.

One thing I was very concerned about is durability of the cushions. I’ve had issues with a couch losing the “cush” of cushions very quickly after receiving it. I like to sit in the corner and the cushions in that corner are not easily rotated without looking aesthetically wonky. We’ve had our couch almost 2 years and I sit in that corner every single day, if I average it out, probably for an hour each day. I weigh about 210 and I’m happy to report that although the cushion in the area I sit the most has softened (as well as the area my husband sits), they are still plush…

Amazing sectional!

This is a great sectional! Very comfortable and so far, at almost a year, very durable. Love the performance woven fabric (Harbor). It's so easy to wipe down and it doesn't attract lint or hair. The couch is a great size for stretching out and the chaise part is such a lovely feature. Assembly was very easy and delivery went well.

Love it

I actually bought this couch resale from someone after they only had it for like 6 months and were moving (yes they provided the paperwork) It is beautiful, I have it in the eclipse velvet and it is so easy to clean. I have an orange cat that sheds like a husky and I take a little handheld vacuum and the hair comes off with ease. I have also spilt coffee on the couch and was able to just dab and wipe it right up, did not stain. The cushions are really heavy and easy to re-fluff. Also a perfect couch for an average size person to sleep on for a night, it's so comfortable and the cushions stay in place. A great napping couch!
